OEConnection can customize this package to include parts supersession history and dealer visibility to the OEM's PDC parts availability. Authorized Distributors, and tire distributors can be included in the D2DLink parts sourcing solution, allowing dealerships to source ship-direct parts. Rapid Parts Search (RPS) – RPS speeds a dealer's part locating by integrating part searches from within the dealer's DMS into the D2DLink database of dealer inventory.

CollisionLink® – Dealerships accept Internet-based repair shop orders, reducing the need for phone and fax order fulfillment, speeding order processing, improving order accuracy with automatic parts verification against the VIN*, reducing returns with improved order accuracy, and showing counterpeople the order aftermarket and salvage parts with the OE equivalent, to help dealerships offer more OE parts at competitive pricing.

LinkIQ – This Internet-based, parts intelligence system provides dealerships with visibility to OE parts movement beyond their dealership for improved inventory efficiency. Advanced parts intelligence is gained by LinkIQ's comparison of dealership parts activity, such as sales, inventory levels and idle inventory levels, to aggregate groups of dealerships in user-definable areas providing missed opportunities, dealership rankings, and more. RepairLink with MORE – Dealerships accept Internet-based fleet and repair facility orders from organizations handling onsite vehicle maintenance. RepairLink can reduce the need for phone and fax order fulfillment, speed order processing with bulk order/stock order fulfillment, improve order accuracy with automatic parts verification against the VIN*, and reduce returns.

D2D Express® – Fill OEM-needed backordered parts – online – and ship or deliver the parts for same or next day delivery, based on an automaker's solution rules.

DiscountPartsHUB®.com – Website available for all makes and models of auto dealerships to buy and sell discounted OE parts.

Tire Replenishment Tool (TRT) – Tire Distributors post their authorized tire inventory on D2DLink, and using target stocking levels, auto dealerships can automatically replenish tire inventory from their distributors.

DMS Connect is the integration of OEConnection online sales transactions with ADP Elite/w.e.b.Suite Dealer Management Systems. Dealers can improve efficiency, streamline parts sales and improve accuracy – all to help boost profitability – with DMS integration because of eliminated DMS order data entry and speeding order processing
